E-wallet deposits (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost) are credited to your waja33 balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via FPX are typically credited within two to five (2–5) minutes, subject to the processing time of the originating bank. waja33 is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within the timeframe stated in the account portal, which varies by payment method and withdrawal amount. waja33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification for withdrawal requests that exceed standard daily limits or that are flagged by its anti-money-laundering monitoring systems. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used for prior deposits on the same account, or to methods approved by waja33 following a formal request.
waja33 holds player funds in segregated accounts separate from its operational finances. This segregation is a requirement under waja33's international gaming authority licensing and is designed to ensure that player balances are protected. waja33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at waja33's sole discretion and do not constitute a contractual entitlement beyond what is explicitly stated in the individual promotion terms.
All games available on the waja33 platform — including live casino, slots, and table games — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. waja33 does not modify game settings from the default configurations provided by the game developer. Published return-to-player (RTP) figures reflect the certified rates set by the game developer.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the game server log constitutes the definitive record and shall prevail over any claim based on client-side display.
